Orders below ₹500 — Flat ₹60 shipping charge.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST. Orders placed after 4 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Since our products are made fresh in small batches, please allow 1 additional business day for preparation before dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it at majorrangas.in/track.html using your order number. You'll also receive a WhatsApp message when your order ships.

Our Policy
Since Major Rangas products are perishable food items made fresh without preservatives, we maintain strict quality standards and have a limited return policy.
Eligible for Return/Refund
- Product received in damaged or broken packaging
- Product is spoiled or inedible upon delivery
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Product not delivered but marked as delivered
- Order placed but not dispatched within 5 business days
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind after delivery
- Dislike of taste or flavour (all products are authentic South Indian)
- Products that have been opened and partially consumed
- Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery
How to Request a Return

2. Share your order number and a photo/video of the issue
3. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
4. If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

❌ Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, before we begin preparation.

COD Orders
If you refuse delivery of a COD order without a valid reason, it may affect your ability to place future orders. Please contact us before refusing delivery.
